Short Blog 5- Living through the Snow

This photograph comes from The City of Toronto Archives from Fonds 220, Series 65, File 24. It caught my eye because of the businessman in the foreground, sporting a serious expression. This contrasts from the falling snow, a spectacle that many enjoy. In the background, people are huddled together, waiting for the warmth of the trolley car. I think this photo illustrates the role of snow in Torontonian’s lives, something to live with.
